Cumberland Sausages
Our Cumberland style sausage is made using fresh Rosemary, Sage, Parsley and Thyme with a little mixed Spice and some Cracked Black Pepper. Cumberland Sausages are fantastic and can be used for variety of recipes, but our favourite is in a traditional Cumberland sausage casserole.

Lincolnshire Sausages
A traditional firm favourite. Handmade to our traditional recipe, blending tasty pork shoulder with traditional sage seasoning for outstanding flavour.
Pork with Chilli Sausages
Made from fresh chilli’s. A hot little number which always goes down well on the bbq with a glass of cold beer or crisp wine. Delicious when cooked and sliced thinly in a salad or on its own with a yogurt dip.
